Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

The Determined Warriors refund policy states that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session; otherwise, you will be charged in full. For new clients, a refund is available for your very first session only if you are dissatisfied and contact us within 48 hours. However, all purchases of tutoring packages are final, and there are no refunds for any unused sessions.

Refund Policy for Determined Warriors

 

Our goal at Determined Warriors is to provide a high-quality tutoring experience for every student. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full session, as the tutor's time has been reserved and they are not able to fill that slot with another student.

  • Tutor Cancellation: In the rare event that a tutor must cancel a session, we will either provide a full refund for that session or reschedule it at no additional cost, based on your preference.

 

Single Session Refunds

 

  • If you are a new client and are not satisfied with your first session only, you may be eligible for a full refund for that single session.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of the session's completion to explain your concerns. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by finding a more suitable tutor for you at no charge. If you decline this option, we will process a refund for that single session.

 

Tutoring Package Refunds

 

  • All sales of tutoring packages are final and non-refundable. Unused sessions in a package cannot be refunded. We encourage you to be certain of your commitment before purchasing a package.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund (for a single session as outlined above), please contact us directly via email at support@determinedwarriors.org

 

In your request, please include the student's name, the date of the session(s) in question, and a brief explanation for the refund request.

Please allow up to 5 business day  for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
