No Guarantee of Academic Results: The tutoring services provided by Determined Warriors are intended to supplement and enhance a student's existing education. While our tutors will make every effort to assist students in achieving their academic goals, we do not guarantee or warrant any specific outcomes, including but not limited to, improved grades, test scores, or academic performance. A student's success depends on many factors beyond our control, including their personal effort, dedication, attendance, and pre-existing knowledge.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its tutors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a student's academic performance, or any other matter related to the tutoring sessions. You agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action.

Independent Contractor Relationship: Our tutors are independent contractors and are not employees of Determined Warriors. The Company's role is to facilitate the connection between the Client and the Tutor and to manage administrative aspects of the service. The tutoring itself is the sole responsibility of the independent contractor.

Assumption of Risk: The Client and Student assume all risks associated with the tutoring services. By engaging with Determined Warriors, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your or your child's education and the results of those decisions.

Intellectual Property: All educational materials, worksheets, notes, and other content created by Determined Warriors or our tutors for use in the tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of the Company or the respective tutor. This material may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment for services is due in accordance with the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. We have a strict cancellation policy, which will be provided to you separately. Failure to adhere to the payment and cancellation terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

No Professional Advice: The content provided by Determined Warriors, whether on our website, social media, or during tutoring sessions, is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice in any field, including but not limited to, legal, financial, or medical counsel.

Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute arising from it will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

By engaging with our tutoring services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all accompanying terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.
